Transport Managers’ CPC (Online)

Brian Sweeney congratulated Swilly Group’s Bernard McElaney after receiving the award for highest mark in Ireland from Chris Callaghan, CILT. 

Swilly Group are now taking bookings for their Certificate in Professional Competence (CPC) in Transport Management starting Tuesday 18th April 2023. 

The ONLINE classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 10pm for 10 WEEKS.  There will also be classes scheduled for two Saturdays and a full week before the exam on the 5th July 2023.  Over 100 hours of classes will be scheduled and learners must attend at least 75 hrs to be eligible to sit the exam.  The course will be delivered ONLINE using ZOOM.  The learners will be sent a course pack and all materials will also be made available online allowing learners attend the course from the comfort of their own home. 

This popular course attracts learners from all counties of Ireland and also from outside of the country.  Swilly Group Managing Director Brian Sweeney said, “Since we launched the ONLINE course a few years ago, we’ve had learners from all four provinces and last year we had a learner based in Germany who completed the course”. “The online delivery makes the course is so much more accessible for learners”. 

The Certificate in Professional Competence (CPC) in Road Passenger Transport or Road Haulage Transport is a qualification for persons managing a national or international haulage or passenger transport company and meets the requirements of European Regulation (EC) No. 1071/2009.  Swilly Group has delivered the classroom-based Transport Mangers CPC for many years and achieve some excellent results.   On three separate occasions, Swilly Group Learners achieved the highest marks in the country.
